This device is automatic and an operator will control the equipment. At the end part of the device non-metallic materials are separated from the separator magnet and several people are presented to separate the remaining non-ferrous materials. Initially, charging of input materials to the machine is carried out by the operator of the cogging device (hooks) attached to the excavator and the scrap is driven by a conveyor belt to the suction device. The suction device leads the scrap into the machine, and then they are crushed by hammerers, and in this stage, in addition to crushing, light materials such as plastic, mist, dust, etc. are pulled out by strong suction into the cyclone. In the cyclone, heavy materials are deposited and driven by a conveyor to the magnet part. At this stage, non-ferrous materials (materials that are not absorbed by the magnets) are separated from the original material and driven out by a conveyor belt. The rest of the materials are guided to a chamber where several operators seperate non-ferrous materials from colorful ferrous materials and the crushed scrap is directed to the warehouse . Finally The truck is loaded and delivered the materials by a hook or a loader. By this method a clean and compact volume of scrap is produced and the density of scrap increases to one ton per cubic meter.
