Shredder unit includes rotor and shaft body components, removable hammers and fixed hammers, anti-wear body, slow-moving motor, hydraulic system, conveyor steering control system, screen and dust and magnet system.

After the scrap mill operation, the screen is responsible for separating the dust from the scrap. In this system the dust suction can be controlled by a back-filter device and collected in the relevant containers. Grading of the output product is the responsibility of the screen. For conveying waste into the shredder and directing the output product, conveyor belts of different sizes are required depending on the type of device. The transfer of ferrous metals, such as aluminum, steel, rice, etc., is carried out by conveyors. Conveyor belts and chassis are made of Iranian material.
To separate iron from other products from the Schrader output, the magnetic drum mounted on one of the output conveyors should be used. All the materials used here are manufactured in Iran.
